Get Messy Art Journal is an art journaling program that is a school, art playground and family. We are a group of like minded art journalers who have come together under this art form to learn, share, practice our skills and push past our creative limits with hopes to inspire. Our community values consistent creating, encouragement and suppport and trying new things. We would love to have you join us as a member of Get Messy Art Journal.

I made my own journal just for this season. It has a page for each of the prompts (30 in total) as well as a few extra places in case I want to add in some extra messiness. The pages are made with paper scraps from my stash and painted with a coat of gesso.

Here are my pages for this week. I mixed up the journal and art prompts depending on which one I felt like doing.

I just realized almost all of the pages I did this week were pink. What can I say? It’s my favorite! I also feel like these pages are going to be a little different from my normal art journal style, simple because I don’t normally do much journaling besides a quote. It should be a fun challenge though.
