DIY Mixed Media Project Life Cards
I’m sharing these mixed media project life cards I created on the Love my Tapes blog today, which you can see here.
I don’t do a weekly project life album, but I use a mix of regular 12×12 layouts and pocket pages in my scrapbook. I have a pretty good collection/stash of premade project life cards but I wanted to create some of my own mixed media cards!
My inspiration for these is Heather Greenwood. I love her project life style!

I started by cutting cardstock into normal pocket page card sizes (3×4, 4×6″) and covering them in black and white washi tapes. I toned down the bold washi tape with a coat of gesso as well.

Next I gave them some color using Shimmerz spray inks and let those dry. After that I adhered some transparency titles (by MAMBI) down.

And there you have it! I love them! I also think that the photos below would make some really cool phone backgrounds, so I might just have to set one on my phone. Feel free to do the same if you want. 😉
